PROTECTED MARKET AVAILABILITY

One Business. One Category. One Protected Market.

We accept only one managed client in a service category within each protected local market. If we work with you, we do not turn around and optimize your direct competitor in the same protected area.

Why We Limit Availability

Our managed service is built around strategy, implementation and ongoing optimization. We believe that work should support your business—not a direct competitor paying us at the same time.

HOW MARKET PROTECTION WORKS

We Don’t Compete Against Our Own Clients

1 Client

Only one managed client is accepted per service category within a protected market.

No Direct Competitor Conflict

We do not actively optimize a competing managed client in the same protected category and market.

Market Reviewed Before Acceptance

We look at the category, geography and actual competitive overlap before confirming availability.

AN EXAMPLE

If Orlando Roofing Is Taken, We Don’t Add Another Orlando Roofer.

If we already manage AI visibility and optimization for a roofing company in the protected Orlando market, we would not accept another directly competing roofing company for the same managed service in that protected area.

That is the point of market protection: our strategy should never be working against the client we already agreed to support.

Protected Does Not Mean Every Business Everywhere

Protection is based on the actual service category and competitive market. A roofing client does not block an HVAC company, and a company in a clearly separate market may still be eligible.

WHAT IF MY AREA IS ALREADY TAKEN?

Join the Waiting List.

If your category and market are currently unavailable for managed service, you can join the waiting list. If that protected spot becomes available, we can contact you before reopening the area more broadly.

You may still be able to use our automated or expert-monitoring plans while you wait, because those services do not create the same implementation conflict.

Waiting List Priority

Being on the waiting list does not guarantee acceptance, but it puts your business in line for review if the market opens.

CHECK YOUR MARKET

See If Your Area Is Available

Tell us your business category and primary market. We’ll review whether there is an existing managed-client conflict.

If the market is unavailable, we can place you on the waiting list.

COMMON QUESTIONS

A Few Important Details

Does one client block an entire state?

No. Protection is based on the real competitive market, not an arbitrary statewide lockout.

Does protection apply to the $29 and $99 plans?

Not automatically. Protected-market exclusivity is tied to managed implementation unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

Can market boundaries change?

Yes. We may adjust boundaries when service areas, category overlap or market conditions make a different definition more accurate.
